Firm Members Attend NACUA Discrimination Law Workshop

Firm members Rebecca Veidlinger, Carolyn Olson, and Kim Taylor recently attended the Discrimination Law workshop hosted by the National Association of College and University Attorneys in San Antonio, Texas.

The workshop covered a number of timely issues in discrimination law, including the enforcement of Title VI, the intersection of free speech/academic freedom and discrimination law, and, Title IX and discrimination based on gender identity.

Rebecca, Carolyn, and Kim spent three days learning from leaders in our field, participating in thoughtful discussions, and meeting our talented colleagues from around the country.
