Effective August 1, 2026, Rebecca Leitman Veidlinger, Esq., PLLC and Wang Law, PLLC will come together as Veidlinger Wang PLLC. This union brings together two reputable firms long recognized for serving colleges and universities in civil rights compliance, investigations, and adjudication.

After years of collaboration, Lin-Chi Wang has joined Rebecca Veidlinger to co-lead Veidlinger Wang PLLC, supported by a growing team of attorneys, investigators, and hearing officers. Clients will continue working with the same trusted professionals across Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, the ADA, and related civil rights matters. The firm’s full suite of services spans investigations, hearings, appeals, interim coordinator staffing, party advising, informal resolution facilitation, and compliance consulting and training. Lin-Chi Wang is a skilled, detail-oriented, and thoughtful investigator, hearing officer, and higher education civil rights practitioner. She helps higher education institutions strengthen and uphold best practices in the implementation of Title IX, Title VI, and Title VII anti-discrimination policies by conducting thorough and compliant investigations and resolutions, serving in interim administrative roles in civil rights offices at institutions, and delivering trainings. Lin-Chi is a former labor and employment attorney, Title IX Coordinator, and internal civil rights investigator.
